To be brief, my philosophy is to not use information to do things to others I do not like done to me! 

I believe in the privacy of my visitors and clients. Therefore, I do not request personal information for access to most features of this site.

I do request information for access to customized property searchs. This is to enable the delivery of certain information to you. I do provide search services that do not require personal information. 

For each visitor to my Web site, my Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address unless provided by you.

I do record the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to the forums,  who communicate with me via e-mail, or if the information is otherwise volunteered by you.

The information I collect is used to customize the content and/or layout of pages for each individual visitor,  to comply with local rules of the MLS or with state law, to customize property search criteria or it is used by me to contact individuals with requested information. I do not provide any information to others.

With respect to cookies: I use cookies to store visitors preferences.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from me in the future, please let me know by sending me an e-mail at the above address. In many cases I enable the visitor to opt out of emails or to remove themselves from my search services by using links within the emails.

If you supply me with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided your address. Again, your information is not provided to others or shared with others.

Persons who supply their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from me with information regarding information they have requested. This information is not provided to others.
