Do you want to know what your home is worth in todays market?
Since 2005 the real estate market in the Amherst NH area has experienced significant declines in the value of property. For example, single family homes in the surrounding towns have dropped about 15% from their peak in late 2005. (As of Feb 2008) This represents about a $60,000 drop in value for a $400,000 home. Selling a home is more difficult today with more homes on the market with which to compete and more foreclosures which put downward pressure on prices.

I am a full time agent who has made the commitment to work in the Real Estate industry. At Brin Realty I work with other full time agents in a very unique environment. Rather than each agent working independently, like at most firms, at Brin Realty Group we work as a team. This enable us to use each agents strengths to sell each property. The result? for 2007 we have the highest per agent sales record in the area! With seven agents we sold nearly as many properties as companies with 30 agents! The chances of us selling your home are much higher.
