Well.... finally I am getting back to normal. I have the Souheganhomes site switched over to a nice new Xeon server. This is a server with dual quad core processors. It is part of our commitment to marketing New Hampshire real estate on the web.

We felt we could not be effective on the internet...

Well.... finally I am getting back to normal. I have the Souheganhomes site switched over to a nice new Xeon server. This is a server with dual quad core processors. It is part of our commitment to marketing New Hampshire real estate on the web.

We felt we could not be effective on the internet with shared, low grade, computers that are used to host most web sites. What does this mean, a speedy site, total control over what goes on the server (we control the server and the sites that go on it), the ability to make changes when needed to better promote the homes we market. It is a whole new world for real estate professionals. The days are gone where we could simply put an ad in the local paper, even the idea of putting a property on the web has changed. You can no longer just let the MLS publish the property out to the internet and expect to get results. To get the property noticed by buyers takes skills and knowledge about how the internet works and how search engines work. We have invested literally thousands of hours to learn how to use the internet. 

We do not rely on "Web Designers" or so called "SEO Experts". We have made the commitment to learn about web sites ourselves so we could be more effective on the internet. It s a whole new world out there and it changes every day. Real estate professionals need to stay educated on this fast changing medium. At the Brin Group.....we are!
